I had a table book but due to my friend not turning up I felt I still wanted a take away, so I called explained there was a problem and the guy was fine. I rang back to order a take away. I really like the Chicken tiki malsala but I think because of my accent they mis heard I got there paid and the guy realised the mistake, still no problem I got my order and he offered me the free one as well, I can only eat what I ordered but I think it was a really nice thing to do, also happy to visit there never had a problem food always amazing, polite and friendly. While I was working away in Colchester I was looking for an Indian restaurant. I came across Ashiana and it was amazing. The following week I decided I would definitely return as I really enjoyed the food and experience previously. The waiters were really accompanying and helpful. Unfortunately I had a freak accident (nothing to do with the restaurant or food) and the staff was amazing again. They comforted and helped me. They even took me to A&E. what a wonderful set of people that work at Ashiana. Not only do they produce outstanding food, they are also outstanding human beings. I will 100% be going again when I’m in the area.

Always excellent food, great delivery even though we are out of main town area. Only issue have ever had is with onion bhaji which was very greasy and probably best eaten in the restaurant.
